Cancellation/refund policy

Camps/Programs Cancellation
 Participants will receive a 50% refund if notice of cancellation is given up to two weeks before to the start of camp/program. If a cancellation occurs within the two weeks prior to the start of camp no refund will be given unless ASANB cancels the camp/session.

Session Cancellation
When a session is cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance (instructor sickness, etc.) the missed session will be replaced or entirely refunded (when replacement is impossible) When a session is cancelled due to school closure (inclement weather or other emergencies), the session will be canceled. No refund or remplacement session will be made, unless all NB schools are closed.
